Jessica Simpson aka Jonathan Yaniv seems to have sued another former employer and Fat Jon‘s mother Mad Miriam is being sued by Mastercard for $10,684.88 – she hasn’t paid since February 2026.

- This appears to be a claim filed in 2023 or older – due to backlog in BC HRT – the case hearing has now been set to November 2, 2026 and has turned up on the PUBLIC BC HRT hearing schedule for the next 90 days.
MM wonder when Fat Jon was employed by this roadside assistance company located in Surrey, BC. Was Fat Jon a call centre slob, answering calls and sending out tow trucks to customers? Was Fat Jon doing “social media” for the company? It seems like the same old MO – where Fat Jon claims discrimination against the employer… Mr. Swirl anyone?
Also – was this a job Fat Jon was working while allegedly attending SFU as a full time student on a student loan and allegedly accepting Indigenous bursaries to attend? That seems odd. How does Fat Jon claim and collect government disability cheques, get employment with Access Roadside Assistance – and attend SFU as a student full time? There isn’t enough time in the day.
So many questions.
In any case, MM are currently composing our own reality based version of Fat Jon‘s RESUME – which will include all the jobs he has been employed at, and fired from, and the employers he sued. (MM previously reviewed his 2020 resume here if you need a laugh.)
Clearly Fat Jon‘s current fake LinkedIn is not reality based either and it would be wonderful if MM had the real resume for the world to view. Including his pervert days at the poolside, and using Facebook and Ask FM to sexually creep on 12 year old fans through Cimorelli (a teenaged girls YouTube band from 2012-2015) and so much more. So this naturally begs the question- did Fat Jon hire another fake girlfriend for double the $5000 he previously used his mom’s Mastercard for? Everyone remembers the Sam, the woman Fat Jon paid with his mom’s credit card and then claimed was fraud, and later SUED and sadly won because the poor woman was too traumatized to show up in court.
What did Miriam Yaniv spend $10K on in 2025? Was this the long unpaid hotel costs? Racked up during 2023, the time Miriam was banned from living in her own senior home after threatening to burn it down – which resulted in Miriam being given probation? Inquiring minds want to know. Is this a sign of more financial troubles to come?
MM have long speculated that Fat Jon has sucked his mother Miriam and aunt Ilana dry over the years. With Fat Jon‘s condo still lingering on Realtor ads after 165 days, even having been reduced $40,000 to the sale price of $360,000 by Alta West’s Foreclosure, and rumours of the UBC LAW-mobile being repossessed – is Miriam’s condo going to hit the foreclosure stage soon too? Will other creditors be filing non-payment claims against Miriam and Fat Jon?
The gravy train seems to have run out.
